1. What Does The Hiring Process Look Like?

We keep it clear and intentional: an application (10–15 mins), a strategic assessment (20 mins), and two interviews—one for client-facing presence and values alignment (30 mins), and one for execution and delivery (45 mins). You’ll know where you stand at each step.

2. What Is The Time Commitment?

Most engagements are 15–20 hours per week per agency, with a maximum of 1–2 agencies at a time.

3. Is This Client-Facing?

Yes. You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for delivery, run meetings, and manage expectations directly with clients.

4. What Is The Pay Structure?

We offer flat-rate compensation based on several factors. You’ll be paid bimonthly, 50% on the 5th and 50% on the 20th of each month.

5. Are These Short-Term Projects?

No. Our goal is longer-term, stable placements where you can build trust and rhythm inside the agency.

6. Who Is This Role Best Suited For?

Mid-level, agency-experienced Digital Project Managers who take pride in execution, communication, and running clean delivery.
