WHAT THE BOOTCAMP LOOKS LIKE

Inside the AIO Bootcamp Curriculum
Week 0: Foundations + Tool Setup
- Set up core AI tools and access the AI Solutions Partner platform
- Confirm shared understanding of key AI concepts and use cases
- Align expectations so you’re ready to hit the ground running
Week 1: Big Picture + Operator Role
- Learn what AI Operations is (and isn’t)
- Understand what it means to be an embedded AI Operator inside a digital agency
- Explore playbooking as the foundation for repeatable AI success
- Begin to see where AIOs fit inside client delivery teams
Week 2: CRAFT Cycle + Realistic Design
- Learn the CRAFT Cycle and how it powers AI playbook development
- Practice defining a Clear Picture and translating it into a Realistic Design
- Learn how to identify plays and use them to scope what AI should do
- Start thinking like an operator using systems logic, not just prompts
Week 3: AI-ify + Implementation Basics
- Deepen your prompting skill using the MASTER method
- Practice structuring prompt playbooks and basic automations
- Learn how our AI partner’s “AI-ify” system works
- Explore how to identify what should be AI-ified — and what shouldn’t
Week 4: Feedback + Rollout
- Understand how to give effective feedback that improves outputs
- Learn where feedback fits into the overall CRAFT process
- Start building basic rollout plans to deliver AI playbooks inside agencies
- Prepare your processes for the next CRAFT cycle
Week 5: Agency Workflows + Day-to-Day Systems
- Learn how to manage the first 5–6 weeks with an agency client
- Use kickoff agendas and onboarding examples to prepare
- Get introduced to ClickUp, the QHP, and internal support systems
- Learn how to log tasks, submit tickets, and work with backlogs as an AIO
WHAT COMES AFTER
Graduates who meet expectations (assignments, exams, engagement) may be invited to
Part 2: Paid ($20-$40/hr as this is open internationally), part-time AIO placements through Alderaan and our AI solutions partner.
You’ll support real agency clients through our partner and their platform—fully remote, invoice Alderaan, and function as an embedded team member (not a temp).
