We offer outsourced operations management on a monthly retainer basis ($5000-$8000 per month depending on the seniority level of the Operations professional matched with the agency).

REFERRAL REWARDS
You’ll earn $1,000 per successful referral (once they’ve signed, paid their first invoice, and stayed onboard for 90+ days).
Payouts are split: 50% at net 120, 50% at net 150 from the client’s start date.

1. How Are Referrals Tracked?
Each intro is tagged in our CRM, so you’re always credited — no form-filling needed.
2. I’m not 100% sure if they’re a fit — should I still refer them?
Yes — if they run a growing agency and are drowning in ops, we’ll take it from there. We’ll only move forward if it’s a mutual fit.
3. What’s the typical sales process like for referred clients?
We keep it simple and helpful — no pressure or drawn-out pitches.
- Agency Relief Call (30 min): A discovery call to talk through what’s going on inside the agency and assess whether we’re a good fit. Founders often walk away with more clarity, even if they don’t move forward.
- Optional Follow-Up Call: If more details are needed on our scope, team, or process, we’re happy to hop on again.
- Match Call with Operator: If it’s a yes on both sides, we schedule a short meet-and-greet with a recommended Operator to ensure it’s a personality and working-style fit.
- Sign & Kickoff: Once it’s a match, we move quickly to proposal, signature, and scheduling the client kickoff.
4. How will I know if my referral became a client?
We’ll keep you updated! Once your referral signs, we’ll let you know; if they stay past the 90-day mark, we’ll confirm and schedule your payouts.
