We officially launched at the end of 2024 and have spent the first two Q’s building a core base and space for mid-level ops pros to feel seen, safe, and heard.
We are a community-led space, which means members speak and we listen. We have carefully crafted a community that feels low pressure, but high value. Our current members already feel like a little family (their words!) who are there for each other, whether they need a space to vent, learn, or grow.
Our community runs on Slack, with over 17 active channels from people management, to AI, to (our Community Manager’s personal fave) the #ventilator channel.
As a Nova member, you also get access to our Resource Hub, where carefully crafted content is collated for you to access. This includes templates, resources, and inspiration from both other members and the Nova Collective team.
We run monthly socials and host specialized Hot Seat talks — we recently had a Hot Seat on M&A and it was a hit among our members.

With a few years (or more!) in the trenches of operations, you know the challenges and triumphs of being the glue that holds things together.

You’re a problem-solver.
Whether it’s streamlining a messy process or putting out fires, you naturally bring order to chaos.
